WHO ARE WE....

A nearly 30 year educator, Ms. Ross is extremely passionate about urban children and their plight.  A product of urban America, she knows first hand the challenges that children face and as a result her mission is honest and clear.  She creates life skills programs that are designed to expose at-risk students to real-life situations in an effort to prepare them for their future.  She has tailor made nearly 100 programs of which schools across the world currently take advantage. Additionally, she is a proud mother and grandmother.

As a consultant Ms. Ross is the owner of The Enrichment Lab, a company comprised of master educators who provide professional development services to new teachers and administrators in an effort of bringing solace to our children as they walk the education track.  Possessing the ability to silence a room of 450 or more students is something that takes skill and know-how and Miss Ross possesses that skill wholeheartedly so it was fitting that she invest in the opportunity to mentor teachers.  “I’d like to witness education in its full luster, in my lifetime” says Ross and she works diligently to provide professional training services to the school districts and the companies of the world.

Personal Triumph and life experiences have taught Ms. Ross how to stare adversity right in its dirty little face and as a result, she gives “real talk” a new definition.  To her credit, she has written several e-books to encourage men and women to live their best life and most importantly to show their children how to.  Her personal plea to women;  "Stand on my back and know that I have done the work for you; if you would simply listen, I can teach you how to do this thing called life…effortlessly…operative word being…listen.  Email me at Thewickedpen@kontrolledkhaos.net anytime.
